What is a Dialogue?
A dialogue is a conversation that holds up a mirror to reflect your own culture. It opens-up deep conversations and meaning to help you make workplaces more human-centric. Dialogues are a neutral discussion that approach a topic without the interference of judgment or expectations. We first understand together, questioning as one, the reason why that challenge exists. From that we uncover the insight needed to unleash a workplace the is conscious of itself, society, and the world.
Dialogues can be one-on-one or in small groups.
